another tiny peek - wanted to get some emotion in this one most of all - this shot will show off some more cool lighting effects, just wait ^_^. so many ideas! i gotta work fast!!

this guy is one of "the fallen"...... (yeah yeah, transformers comes to mind, but i had the idea long before i saw it - this story was in my head in 2005! i would daydream during my high school senior classes). the oasis has consumed him. any disturbance to his way of life and he goes nuts!

Heres a tiny little sample of what Im working on now - I plan to recreate this scene in 3d.. but not for a while. I have a lot of other projects I have to finish first. Hah!

I got sick of that old drawing REALLY fast.. spat out this one mostly messing with lighting effects and texturing

I think my next few will play around with creature design and lighting than anything else!

Here it is AGAIN.. i think the next post ill just post the final drawing - i think im close to finishing though

i feel like i need some more DoF elements.. but then i really want to move on to something else - i have lots of ideas and i hate getting stuck on one thing for such a long time

i need to remember that everything i do is a study, and the things i learn from finishing will help me progress in the next study... so i need to get movin through my studies so i can learn more! i need to stop getting stuck
